Each order is packed with care in Queen Creek, Arizona.
Please allow 2–4 business days for us to process and ship your order.
We don’t ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

We ship within the United States.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. When we do, details will be clearly shown on the site or at checkout.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Rural or remote areas may take a bit longer.
These time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available for your method).

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
If you decide not to have it reshipped, we may offer store credit minus original shipping once the item is safely back with us and in original condition.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once we hand your order to the carrier, delays, loss, or damage are unfortunately out of our direct control.
If your package is marked delivered but you don’t see it, please:
Check with neighbors or your building office
Wait 1–2 business days (sometimes carriers scan early)
Contact the carrier with your tracking number
If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the box and item and contact the carrier. You can also email us and we’ll do our best to help.

We’re a small upcycled clothing boutique and most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind. Because of that, we handle returns a little differently than big fast-fashion brands.
All items are pre-loved and may show light signs of wear.
Colors may look slightly different on different screens.
Returns
Because our pieces are unique and one of a kind, we do not accept general returns for change of mind, fit, or minor wear.
We do accept returns if:
We sent the wrong item, or
The item has a major flaw that was not described or shown in photos.
If that happens:
Email us at hello@triplethreaded.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval, in the same condition you received them.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
Because all of our items are one-of-a-kind, we usually can’t offer direct exchanges for the same item.
If there’s an approved issue with your order, we may offer:
A replacement item of similar value (if available), or
Store credit so you can pick something else you love.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For approved returns, customers are usually responsible for return shipping unless we made a clear mistake (wrong item sent, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.
If something happens in transit, contact the carrier with your tracking number. We’ll help where we can.
